Craig has been a dedicated Bushite and warmonger, but I am delighted he is staying in the Senate (and I hope he runs for reelection), so as to bother the Republican establishment and their Christian Right. Indeed. any appointed replacement would be just as bad ideologically, but untainted, and therefore more dangerous.
