StubHub a Home Run for Baseball Fans

The Swedish Central Bank may not understand economics, but Major League Baseball does. Turns out that StubHub and other websites that resell MLB tickets actually reduce the cost of those tickets to fans by increasing the supply of tickets available for resale, so much so that it was cheaper for some Cubs fans to fly to Phoenix to watch the Cubbies in the playoffs than it was to go to Wrigley Field.
