A cop manhandles and pepper sprays a 15-year-old girl. What was her original crime? A curfew violation. Perhaps she should have gone in peace. But clearly, police who are enforcing unjust laws are the aggressors, and people have a right to resist unjust arrest. This renders his behavior here completely vicious.
