Ron Paul Supporters ‘Live in Their Mothers’ Basements’

That’s according to National Review’s sneering Kate O’Beirne, who erroneously ascribes Ron’s support to the pro-tax Fair Taxers. Kate, he’s the no-income tax guy. As to the RP’ers who “spend too much time on their computers,” you neocons are toast, and the internet is the toaster.

(Thanks to Oliver Chadwick)

UPDATE: Writes Brinck Slattery: “I love how Tucekr Carlson implies that people don’t know what Paul stands for (i.e. they are unaware of his platform outside of his anti-war stance), and that people are only ‘jumping on the bandwagon’ because it’s a ‘cool’ thing to do.

“In regards to the ‘these people all live in their mother’s basement,’ I would ask Ms. O’Beirne to come to one of the Manhattan or Connecticut meetups and find out just who Paul’s supporters are. What a lame attempt by the dinosaurs of the media to marginalize the internet as a valid means of organization and dissemination of information!”
