Browsing the political news this morning I learned that Fred (Herring) Thompson told Time magazine that if elected president he would “do what President Bush is doing” in Iraq. It’s the perfect foreign policy, according to the Fred Herring, and he would not change a single thing.

That will require more and more and more taxes, of course, which is why The Herring has also refused to take a pledge to not raise taxes if elected president.
