The Neocons' Dr. Frankenstein

What a hoot to see the neocons' Dr. Frankenstein, Frank Luntz, try to revive the political corpse of John McCain last night on the (Il Duce)Hannity and Alan Colmes show. It was almost as funny as the scene in the movie Young Frankenstein where Marty Feldman and Co. shock the beast back to life in their laboratory. ("Abbie Normal! Abbie Normal! You got the brain from someone named Abbie Normal? You got an abnormal brain you knucklehead!").

Ron Paul won the Faux News call-in poll overwhelmingly despite all the dirty tricks the network played, such as seating two laughing heyenas in the front row with instructions to bellow every time Ron said something. So they brought in Luntz to explain how, despite the fact that he got hardly any votes in the network's own call-in poll, McCain was "really" the winner.

Luntz apparently connected wires to the brains of 29 carefully chosen neocon/McCain supporters, and then to McCain's own brain (or maybe he used wireless technology). He then put on the screen a chart with a jagged, upward-sloping line that allegedly depicted the degree of excitement in the minds of the neocon/McCain supporters in his bogus "focus group." He carefully explained that every time McCain said something like, "We should bomb those Muslim bastards back to the stone age," the uptick in the jagged line meant that the neocon focus group became more and more excited. Hence, McCain really "won" the debate despite all other appearances.

They report, you decide. Ha!!
