What do you mean prohibition doesn't work?

This article on MSNBC illustrates the ridiculous nature of the nanny state and its prohibition on alcohol consumption for persons under the age of 21. Of course, no one in government thinks it is a good idea to let 18-year-olds drink, but they don't mind sending the young overseas to be killed or maimed in an endless war.

Unfortunately, the organization pushing for reform is called "Choose Responsibility" and wants to lower the "drinking age to 18, but only in conjunction with “drinking licenses,” similar to driver’s licenses, mandating alcohol education for those ages 18 to 21." Right, because all of the youth "education" in the form of anti-smoking ads and anti-drug ads have done such an outstanding job in preventing those activities.
