Anthony, I hope that the woman in the first video bankrupts Broward County and the officers responsible for the crimes committed against her. Don't these officers know that these rubber bullets have the potential to kill (see here and here)? That video of the entire police force celebrating and laughing about shooting an innocent civilian twice (once with her back turned and once in the forehead) will hopefully be damning in court. Why shouldn't there also be criminal charges filed?
Furthermore, why does it seem to me that police forces all around the country are filled with nothing but a bunch of bullies who get off on using force against others? It's like the kid in school that would bend your arm behind your back and make you scream "uncle" and then told you that you were "lucky" this time that he didn't decide to dunk your head in the toilet. And they always do it with a big ol' grin and chuckle.
