The Free Market to the Rescue–This Time, of People Stuck in Socialized Medicine

In an excellent piece in City Journal, David Gratzer rips socialized medicine but good. That, of course, is nothing new to libertarians. What is new, however, is that the market (the “black” or “gray” market, as the government thugs would have it) is finding ways around state-run healthcare systems:
