The Department of Homeland (in)Security (DHiS) is reporting that there will be a "terror spectacular" this summer, although they have no evidence to support their claims (it just "feels" like it did before 9/11).
I presume its just piggybacking on the overblown situation in the UK, where some amateurs tried to put together a couple of car bombs; what the media isn't saying, however, is that there were no high explosives found in either device, which would be necessary to cause significant damage. Al-Qaida almost always uses some sort of high explosive in their attacks, which lends even more credibility to the claim that these guys were clowns.
I'm sure Giuliani is preparing a speech right now...
