Rocky Delgadillo, the DA who fought to put Paris Hilton in jail for 45 days, and then denounced the sheriff for letting her out on the normal schedule, has harbored a fugitive from similar charges for nine years–his wife. When she appeared in court, after the LA Times exposed the story, she was sentenced to a small fine and no jail time.
