I notice that like most conservatives, Pratt conflates self-defense with aggressive war. I also see that he favors the anti-gun Lieberman because at least the Senator is pro-mass murder. This statement is telling:
"We should not think that the Democrat Left’s hatred is reserved for President Bush. They hate him because he is fighting back against terrorists. Thus, anyone connected with national defense -- even a socialist such as Sen. Lieberman -- gets treated to the same scathing hatred that has been directed toward President Bush."
And, on the other hand, the warmongers will defend even a socialist such as Sen. Lieberman, as long as he relentlessly advocates aggressive war. It's funny that when faced with a percieved choice between an anti-gun warmonger and an anti-gun peacenik, Pratt, like most conservatives, will favor the more statist.
