Rather than getting credit for the fastest increase in liberty and prosperity in history (from Mao to now), the Chinese are smeared with union propaganda, and so is the great Apple.
The workers who assemble iPods are there voluntarily, and in a still-poor country, these are great jobs. And good for Apple for doing business in China, and making the neocon-Christian right scheme of yet another US war of aggression less likely. International trade really does buttress the cause of peace.
