Come on, Wendy, you've got to get with this "New World Order" program. You sound like you have philosophic principles, and such qualities are passe in the realpolitick of this "best of all possible worlds." Don't you watch the "Faux News" channel? How can we have an empire without an emperor, and how can we have an emperor without legally acknowledging that "the king [and his functionaries] can do no wrong?" Rumsfeld is doing nothing more than upholding the egalitarian premise that, while all of us are equal, some are more equal then others.
