Many thanks to the Liberty Committee's Kent Snyder for videoing and uploading to the More Liberty blog an excellent Cap Hill event wherein three brave Republican Members and one super cool Democrat announced their support for H. Res. 543, a resolution that would require a congressional debate on the future of U.S. policy in Iraq. The resolution calls for 17 hours of debate on the floor of the U.S. House divided equally between Republicans and Democrats.
The video is not your usual boring press conference, but is chock full of substance and fine antiwar rhetoric. Also the bruising of a journo-hack who really had it coming...alone worth the price of admission.
