My appearance on C-Span netted me quite a few emails from total strangers who enjoyed my comments. I think they found out the secret that I'm not actually as evil nor are my ideas as unreasonable as the thought police are saying.
The original version of my WBTS chapter contained the material you can find in this article. It is a much stronger chapter with this material included, since these points are obviously necessary for any serious moral evaluation and I don't think a reasonable person can call them self-evidently stupid or evil. Unfortunately, space constraints came back to get me yet again.
