Max Boot puts the lefty reviews of Woods' book to shame. Woods isn't simply thoughtless toward the poor, as liberals who mistakingly call him a neocon would have you believe; according to the flagship neocon publication, The Weekly Standard, Woods "seethe[s] with hatred for everything that neoconservatism (and modern America) stands for." Of course, neoconservatism is the same as America. Woods hates Clinton's mass murder more than his infidelity, and is critical of all U.S. wars, at least since Lincoln's. For this, he's an America-hater.
