Tom, you can't actually believe that "people do not have a right to have their views broadcast at other people's expense." Can you?

I mean, Lincoln didn't wage his righteous war, shutting down hundreds of newspapers and jailing thousands of anti-war protesters, to uphold such a limited interpretation of free speech. Did he?

Next you'll say that complaining about the Swift Boat ads isn't censorship, and yet outlawing such ads is!
