NY Times columnists are always worth reading: Paul Krugman, the antiwar Keynesian; the tremendously fun Maureen Down; William Safire, serioso-pomposo voice of the neocons; internationalist Thomas Friedman, now writing one of his bestsellers, etc. But minicon David Brooks, chosen to succeed Safire, is b-o-r-i-n-g.
