The Windbag Sellout Gancarski

Posted by Karen De Coster at August 9, 2004 09:12 PM

Does this windbag - Anthony Gancarski - really think he's advancing a "career," here, by playing up to his new neocon friends? Is he anti-NRO and antiwar, or is he a dupe for Operation Iraqi Freedom?

He kinda reminds me of the old CPA answer to all questions about tax compliance: "it depends."

Here's a fairly recent bio of his: Anthony Gancarski, the author of Unfortunate Incidents, writes for The American Conservative, CounterPunch, and LewRockwell.com. His web journalism was recognized by Utne Reader Online as "Best of the Web." (Best of the web? Huh? I don't get it.) Now Mr. Gancarski is touting the wisdom of Nixon and Machiavelli, while he defends Buckley here, and disses Buckleyites here.

Somebody, quick, be a good neighbor and help to make up Mr. Gancarski's mind for him. Tell him WorldNetDaily is hiring unpaid columnists, and tell him the money is good. Then, let him know that Michael Ledeen at NRO needs an editorial assistant.
