Adam, I'm sure you haven't seen the worst of him!

As much as I dislike the modern (neo)conservative movement, O'Reilly is even worse. He's a populist statist, always advocating more war (see this article on O'Reilly's "Final Solution"), as well as more border enforcement to keep out drugs, as well as a higher minimum wage. He just likes big government.

And he can be a monster. A year or two ago Lew linked to O'Reilly's interview with Jeremy Glick, a young man who lost his father in 9/11 and who heroically came on the show to voice his opposition to the US wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

O'Reilly cut off Glick's microphone, "out of respect" to the heroic young man's killed father. Here's the transcript of O'Reilly's unbelievable cruelty. Here's the disgusting fanfare over it on FreeRepublic, where O'Reilly is celebrated for accusing a peace-lover of betraying his murdered father.

Warning: some of the obscene language at FreeRepublic is a bit offensive. But not nearly as offensive to me as the sentiment that a young man who lost his father to mass murder is a traitor for opposing further mass murder.
