Chris, your PS is exactly right about the gap in Michael Moore's story. Thank goodness for the excellent new documentary Hijacking Catastrophe: 9/11, Fear, and the Selling of the American Empire, which focuses heroically on the neocons. (And LRC gets a 10% commission on each DVD and VHS sold.) I saw it, and give it 3 1/2 stars (there is some unfortunate classical republican stuff, or it would get 4 stars). And though the narrator is Julian Bond, he does an excellent job.
