Because the war in Iraq is the real cut-rate bargain for those unappreciative American-Democrats, according to the Weekly Standard (full text unavailable). A Blue Light Special perhaps? Or shall we refer to it as "Dollar Days?" How about "Buy One, Get One Free?" (Or is that "Kill One, Get One Free?") Whatt'sa matter - can't y'all properly sniff out a bargain? It may be that the stench of Empire is far more permeating than these glorious "long-term benefits that are accruing to Americans" in Iraq.
