Karl Engel, head chef of award winning BBQ team Pigcasso demonstrates the step-by-step process for grilling the perfect steak. With only simple seasonings, he uses both charcoal and gas grills to work his magic on porterhouses, rib steaks and filets.  He’s adamant about not touching or moving the steaks so you can obtain absolutely beautiful grill lines.
