Conspiracy
Theory with Jesse Ventura host Jesse Ventura appeared on CNN’s Larry
King Live Monday night to plug his new book and discuss various
water cooler issues. The book’s full title is American
Conspiracies: Lies, Lies, and More Dirty Lies That the Government
Tells Us
.

The strange
thing that stood out from the former Minnesota governor appearing
on Larry King Live was that his truTV program Conspiracy
Theory with Jesse Ventura
was never discussed. What is the
reason for this "hush hush" over this controversial show?
It was fine and dandy to discuss his actual book about conspiracies
though.

Conspiracy
Theory with Jesse Ventura Host Doesn’t Discuss His truTV Program
on Larry King Live

The former
governor of Minnesota and author of American Conspiracies
discussed a number of subjects from waterboarding, Afghanistan,
the legalization of pot, health care, and gays in the military,
the latter which he supported. He blasted the Democrats and Republicans,
who he charged with putting their parties’ interests first over
the interests of the country, deeming it like pro wrestling, where
wrestlers combat each other in public but behind the scenes they’re
"going out to dinner and cutting deals." He deemed the
Tea Party Movement "kind of a laugh" and "more of
a right wing movement" because they weren’t around to protest
the taking away of habeas corpus rights and destruction of 4th Amendment
rights. On Sarah Palin, he didn’t have any kind words for her, calling
her "a quitter" for leaving her job as Alaska governor.
He said she left that post to "cash in and make big money."
